MusiCure is the original music from the international research project "Musica Humana" - a research organization investigating and documenting a new life-stimulating sound environment in hospitals. What is the difference between MusiCure and other music?
MusiCure is scientifically documented on more than 4000 hospitalized patients over a period of more than 8 years, and has been composed and produced especially for this purpose. The music is meticulously developed in close collaboration with the research group and continually edited, re-edited and adjusted, based on research results and feedback from patients, medical staff, family members and private users. No other music has ever been made in this way before, or contains a similar degree of scientific documentation - and this is the reason why MusiCure is called 'Music as Medicine'.
The entire MusiCure series has two primary goals and areas of influence:
1. To have a soothing and physically relaxing effect.
2. To stimulate the mind in a positive way, creating experiences and images.
All CD's in the MusiCure series fulfil these two general goals, and can therefore be recommended to anyone seeking music for these general purposes.
